CamcorderBatteryStore.com offers Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $99.00, within the continental U.S. For orders less than this amount, the shipping charges will depend on the weight of the item(s), the shipping method selected and the shipping destination of your order.
Most credit card orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on weekends and federal holidays will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping and tracking information of your package.
All items are shipped via UPS.
We also provide expedited shipping services such as overnight or second day shipping at the customer's request. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges arising from such a request.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc. will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges.
We ship to all locations in the U.S. and internationally. Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all international (including Canada) shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages, taxes and any other fees in the event that such obligations take place.
Occasionally, there can be instances when an item(s) is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of the delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication will be done either by phone or through e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep only the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally you may receive multiple shipments for one order.
